Life can feel heavy sometimes. The constant responsibilities of work, family, caregiving, and the endless to-do lists that come with everyday life. Women in Bloom is an opportunity to set that weight down for a while and reconnect with yourself.
Through gentle movement, mindfulness, creativity, and community, this mini retreat invites you to release what you’ve been carrying and leave feeling a little lighter, brighter, and more grounded.
Bring your daughter along! Daughters aged 10+ are welcome as long as they can follow instructions and participate safely. This can be a beautiful opportunity to pause and connect across generations.

This gathering is limited to 16 participants to keep the experience welcoming, supportive, and community-focused.
In honour of Mental Health Awareness Month, a portion of ticket sales will be donated to a local mental health organization.
Ticket Policy:
Tickets are non-refundable due to the small, curated nature of this event, but may be transferred to another participant if you are unable to attend. Please notify The Flow Place in advance if you plan to transfer your ticket.
